EQUIPMENT: Sony BVW-D600 or BVW-400a Cameras, Panasonic VariCam Hi-Def camera, SD/HD Monitors, Tripods, Lights and lots of accessories.  Basic Packages include 2 wireless microphone system

All charges are based on a 10hour portal to portal rate (defined—from the time when gear is loaded and prepped at the office at the beginning of the shoot day to the time when gear is returned to the office and restocked at the office at the end of the day).  Full day rates should allow for a one-hour meal break or a one-half hour meal break with (2) 15minute breaks during the shoot day.
                        Half-day rates are offered at the rate of 70% of a full-day rate.  Half-days are booked only 24 hours in advance and have some restrictions (please call for information).
                        Overtime is charged at the rate of 1.5x of the per hour labor rate only.  Overtime begins after the 10hour period has ended.  Please note that OT may be charged after 9 hours if no meal break is provided.  After 14 hours of work, the OT rate increases to 2x the per hour labor rate.
                        Proper notice of cancellation is required.  Notice of cancellation given less than 24 hours in advance of a shoot will result in the following penalties:
                        Cancellation given with less than 24 hours notice------1/2day rate charged
                        Cancellation given with less than 12 hours notice------full-day rate charged
                        Cancellation of a multiple day shoot given less than 48hours in advance will be subject to a penalty of 10% of booked shoot charge.  Cancellation of a multiple day shoot given less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% booked shoot charge.
                        Mileage is charged at a rate of .485 per mile.
                        Invoices, due net 30days, are provided as a courtesy to established clients.  Late fees are charged after 30days have passed from the date of service.  Late fees are charged at 1.5% of the invoice total per month.
